Going Down is a Freddy King song. So it's possible its just another cover. I remember on MSL's list of new song titles when he mentioned Going Down he also mentioned Light My Fire was on the list.
But Ron has lied about songs they end up playing, also. Like Estranged.

Exactly, Ron could easily just be trying to temper fans excitement. I do think the GNR tweets referencing these songs are meant to tweak the hardcore fans a bit. They know we run with any little bit of information, so they probably enjoy seeing us scramble. All in all, I wouldn't put too much stock into any hidden meaning in these tweets in the future.
