Honestly, as someone who hasn't really cared about GNR in a long time, I think this sounds totally fine and is a good performance. You guys are being harsh as you had really high expectations.. for someone that really didn't, this sounds pretty fine.

In the case of a track like TWAT, they've rarely played it live. Apparently the thing showed up on the screen, so they were planning to play it like the setlist said. They scrapped it for whatever reason. My guess is they don't feel comfortable enough playing it to attempt it in a downpour.
A more logical explanation is no one wants to hear Axl attempt TWAT given the way he sounds tonight.
