its amazing how the road can gel a band too - this could be a lot better than Slash 1 but like many here I struggle with Myles' tone.

If Myles brings his Alter Bridge influence to this project, especially AB3 strong song writing, I think this next Slash album can be killer.
It's great to have a proper rhythm section too, from his band that's been on the road with him, rather than the dull performance from Josh Freese on the 2010 album

Speaking of this, I can't help but notice the level of delusion in Slash's diehard fanbase appears to be EERILY SIMILAR to the level of delusion in Axl's diehard fanbase. I was just watching some Slash/Myles videos on YouTube and the comments about Myles were pretty pathetic. He's sitting there ruining Civil War and these people are writing that he's the most amazing singer ever and "nailed it." GTFO with that shit.

Difference is Axls guitarists are not nearly as bad as Slashs singers.
Have to agree there, although it's ridiculous that Axl has two guitarists playing Slash's solo on SCOM. Hell, it's ridiculous that there are three guitarists in Axl's band to begin with. All in all they don't ruin the songs anywhere near as badly as Myles ruins Axl's vocals. His helium voice is every bit as bad as Axl's 2002 helium voice. Terrible, just fucking terrible.
