Hey guys, long time no type. I have a question for you. I’m TRYING to convince this one friend that they (mainly Axl) has still “got it”. She admits Slash is still badass and admits that Duff looks & plays better better than ever. But when it comes to Axl.. she starts saying Mickey Mouse, Helium, etc.
**Side not- what the hell IS up w/the Mickey Mouse voice? I’ve seen them twice so far and... yeah., that shit can become4 painful to hear.
But PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS ABOUT HIS VOICE, It may have been awhile, but I know how some of you are. LOL
I”m just looking for the best show / song / performance (preferably full concert) so that I can show it to her.

I'm on my way down now. Probably won't take videos, but with my seats, I plan to have some badass pics. PA Snow, I assume you're going? I'd ask others, but he's the only one I know to be in PA.

I checked in from time to time, but yeah, I wasn't very active. Either way, badass banners.

The obsession... you know what I mean. After CD came out, it was almost like I could close a chapter of my life. I moved on, got a job, went back to college, GnR was off my radar. I know from talking to some of you via Facebook (Lofton, PaSnow, Will) that I wasn't the only one. It was like, I waited so long for that damn album to be released, I could finally "let go" for lack of a less dramatic term.
ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNDDDD now its back I find myself searching youtube every night, rewatching past concerts (Indiana 91 is still my fave), and just in general...I feel like I did back in 06-07. Hell, I even re-added Evo as one of my landing pages when I open up Chrome. Anyways, its good to be back, I hope others follow suit as well. We used to have some badass discussions on here.
#8 Re: The Garden » How Long Have You Posted On A Guns N' Roses Fanboard? » 444 weeks ago
I know I'm dating myself here, but I started out wayyyyy back when. I originally posted on the AOL newsgroups, we're talking 94(ish?) at the latest. I remember reading all the shitty websites (by todays standards) at the time, trying to glean any news I could. There was a "WAR Bio page I used to always check, along with WADY, Lost Rose, MyGNR. While at Jarmo's, it was either DTJ, Neemo, or Lofton that "recruited" me for here.

Didn't they ALWAYS record the shows Pro-shot? Look on youtube at em all (from way back), its only a matter of time till one makes it out.
Personally, I'm praying for another PPV like Paris 92.
