A swallow carrying a banner? 

It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound banner.

In order to maintain air-speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings forty-three times every second, right?

I bent the rules a little, and went with a song by a lesser known artist I've tried to get a few of you into in the past.  This is me doing Dan Bern's Jerusalem.

He's a bit of a burn out folk singer, with similarities to Guthrie, Dylan, and early Springsteen.  I urge you to at least check out Jerusalem and Tiger Woods by him.  He's got some serious stuff too, but most of it's pretty funny and/or cutting edge.
