Well, we are all different.
I don't know, don't feel it to be axl.
for example, I really liked the liric of "madagascar" but the sound of it...
In 2006 he didn't sound so much like that... And even then I don't believe that in "better" is really the result of "the changes to his voice"!... seems to much effort and I little less profit.
But the world bought it, and so, who am I to make much fuss about it...
I was just wishing!
Stay well and
wake up!...
... It's time to die!!

I believe in all that you say Mr. sic, but I must say that this last concert in 2011, I'm so desapointed with Mr. Rose because I feel that his shearch of the vocals long lost abilities make him now sound almoust like Bee Gee's!
I believe that like me, other fans love Mr. Axl for what he represents, not only for that higher notes that he used to pull out of his guts, so if only he could take back all that power, and not wasted it on trying that kind of tunes... We might have a bit of true GNR back again (that and slash, matt and izzy back!).
I would wish, for 2012, a Axl Rose tune like we say in Portugal -red wine- older the better. We know that 20 years had past, we would love it but we know that the strengt isn't the same for a "welcome to the jungle" but we don't want to see a breathless icon or surelly a "Maurice Gibb" like I saw in L.A. last Decembre!...
Please somebody ask him to search the feeling, the power of the lirics that would not request power of hid guts. Remake them to fit you now, Mr. Axl, don't keep trying to fit them. They stay immortal on our hearts, please do not destroy our memories of them.
I hope that I'm not the only one who believes that the once amazing Axl Rose, will not be lost in the wonders of the past skills and still make us pride em 2012!
